EACC Presents "It's All About Love" Spring Drama Production

EACC's Drama classes will present the spring production of “It’s All About Love” on Saturday and Sunday, March 16th and 17th in the EACC Fine Arts Center.  The curtain will rise for two separate showings on Saturday, March 16th at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 17th at 2:00 p.m.  

The “It’s All About Love” production will feature selected scenes from four of Shakespeare’s romance plays including “Romeo and Juliet,” “The Merry Wives of Windsor,” “As You Like It,” and “Taming of the Shrew.”  EACC drama students will join honors students from the Romance of Shakespeare class to present the spring production. 

The production will feature Eddie Trim as Romeo, Maia Henderson as Juliet, Lawson May as Lady Capulet, Felicia Hudson as Nurse, and Kaylie Uptigrove as Servant in scenes from “Romeo and Juliet,” Gwyneth Goff as Rosalind, Amber Austin as Celia, Jacob Long as Touchstone, Monchello Daniel as Orlando, Maia Henderson as Phebe, and Jacob Long as Silvius in scenes from “As You Like It,” Lawson May as Kate, Fedeall Cottingham as Petruchio, Sam Harris as Baptista, Amber Austen as Bianca, Eddie Trim as Lucentio, Jed Haynes as Hortensio, Kaylie Uptigrove as Widow, and Jacob Long as Gremio in scenes from “Taming of the Shrew,” Fedeall Cottingham as Falstaff, Sam Harris as Ford, Monchello Daniel as Page, Felicia Hudson as Mistress Ford, Kaylie Uptigrove as Mistress Page, Eddie Trim as Pistol, Jacob Long as Nym, and Jed Haynes as Host in scenes from “Merry Wives of Windsor.”  Scene introductions will feature Lawson May, Jed Haynes, Alyssa Trim, Kaylie Uptigrove, Gwyneth Goff, and John Sauls. 

The public is cordially invited, admission is $5 and will be available at the door; EACC students are admitted free with a valid student ID. The EACC Fine Arts Center is located at 1700 Newcastle Road in Forrest City.
