EACC's Drama classes will present the fall production of Clue on Saturday and Sunday, November 5th and 6th in the EACC Fine Arts Center. The curtain will rise for two separate showings on Saturday, November 5th at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 6th at 2:00 p.m.
Based on the cult classic film and the popular board game, Clue is a madcap comedy that will keep you guessing until the final twist. It's a dark and stormy night, and guests have been invited to a very unusual dinner party. Each guest has an alias, the butler offers a variety of weapons, and the host is mysteriously dead. Join the iconic oddballs known as Scarlet, Plum, White, Green, Peacock, and Mustard as they race to find the murderer in Boddy Manor.
The Clue drama production is adapted from the Paramount Pictures film written by Jonathan Lynn and the board game from Hasbro, Inc. written by Sandy Rustin, and based upon works by Jonathan Lynn, Hunter Foster, and Eric Price.
The production will feature Fedeall Cottingham as Wadsworth, Trinity "Leonard" Rogers as Yvette, Jamya Green as Cook, Malik Appleby as Colonel Mustard, Robin Pulliam as Mrs. White, Devin Wright as Mr. Green, David Pendergrass as Professor Plum, Tisha Warren as Miss Scarlet, Donna Smith as Mrs. Peacock, and Montee Murphy as Mr. Boddy.
The public is cordially invited, admission is $5 and will be available at the door; EACC students are admitted free with a valid student ID. The EACC Fine Arts Center is located at 1700 Newcastle Road in Forrest City.
