The Learning Resource Center opened in December of 2000. The 15,000 square foot building houses the EACC Library, the Business and Industry Training Center, Continuing and Community Education, Tech Prep, the Distance Learning Lab, the Multimedia Lab, two conference rooms, and two classrooms.

The Multimedia Lab is utilized by students and faculty in preparing projects and presentations for classes. The lab is also used for teaching Introduction to Multimedia, a part of the Administrative Office Technology Program at EACC. This room, which is equipped with internet access, has advanced computer equipment, software, video, sound, and graphics.

The large conference room, which seats up to 60 people comfortably, has access to audio visual equipment and satellite downlink. The small conference room seats 12. Both are available to civic and community groups by reservation.
