• We will not sell, rent or otherwise distribute our client list or personal information about you to anyone outside the College.
• Our policy requires all employees to keep client information confidential.
• This policy applies to all former, current and future clients.
• We do permit employees to access your personal information if they have an internal, College related business purpose for using such information such as administering our development programs and services for you.
• Our Ethics Statement requires all employees to safeguard personal information about our clients.

While we may collect nonpublic personal information from you or your authorized agent, it is only used in accordance with your direction and understanding. The East Arkansas Community College Foundation will share such information as may be compelled by legal or regulatory authority.We may from time to time use outside vendors for preparing mailings. We believe that these vendors are ethical and we ask that they safeguard all information shared with them to complete the job, however, we do not control their activities or employees.
