The Department of Business and Industry Training and Development at East Arkansas Community College provides customized instruction designed to meet present and ongoing workforce needs and requirements of your organization. As your training partner, we will assist you in assessing your training needs and work with you to plan, design, develop and implement a training program that specifically provides practical and cost-effective solutions to you.

The training is designed to be flexible in order to respond quickly to meet the individual needs of each business, agency, or organization. Specialized programs can be developed for any of your staff including managers, operators, employees, etc. and can be provided at different time schedules, including day, night and/or weekends. Training can be conducted at your site or at EACC.
