Password Change Request
Passwords may be changed by using the forgot my password link on any campus computer or submitting a password change request form. This form is available in the CEC building or online below. This form must be filled out completely, submitted to the CEC or faxed to the registrars office (870)633-3840.
The EACC Department of Computer Services prohibits password changes by telephone for security reasons. Please allow up to 48 hours for passwords to reset.
When logging in, your computer might request a password change. If this occurs, follow the instructions on the screen. The new password must contain (1) number, (1) capital letter and be at least 8 characters in length. The new password cannot be one that has been previously used.
After your password has been reset, it will revert to the original format illustrated on the student email page.
