Citizens of Arkansas who are at least 60 years of age are exempt from
paying tuition for credit courses and those who are 50 - 59 pay only half
tuition. 
EACC Site - Wynne was opened in the newly renovated Technology
Center for the Delta in August, 2005. The name of the building was changed
to the Bill Thomas Building January, 2007. Classrooms are modern, comfortable
and spacious with the latest technology provided in each room. The facility
houses an impressive robotics lab with the newest equipment available
for hands-on learning. While EACC occupies the largest capacity of the building,
the Chamber of Commerce, State Rep. Jerry Brown's Office, Lenny's Sub Shop, Workforce and
the grand Exhibit Hall make up the total building. What a great place to begin!
