Maintenance Assistant
Maintenance Assistant: The job duties include building and ground maintenance, ability to operate lawn equipment such as tractor, lawnmower, weed eater etc., general building maintenance including painting and minor repair work, and the ability to lift and move equipment and furniture. Job requirement: sufficient education or training to read, write and follow written and oral instructions.
