Forrest City-Entrance testing dates for Allied Health programs at East Arkansas Community College have been announced for students interested in applying in 2012.
The testing will be on select Fridays at 8:00 a.m. in the Computer Education Center in room 5 (CEC5). The dates for testing will be Friday, February 10, 24, March 2, 16 and 30. Additional dates will be announced later.
The cost for testing/application will be $60 for the Nursing program and the Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) program and $30 for applicants to all other programs. Payment is made with the EACC cashier in the Student Center in person or via phone by calling 870-633-4480, ext 202. Please indicate which program you are paying for if paying by phone. Fees are non-refundable.
Contact Tammy Halbert at 870-633-4480, ext 270 in Office Building 5 to obtain applicable forms and to sign-up for your testing date. Payment must be made prior to registering for the exam session. Proof of payment must be submitted at sign up. Students will also be required to show proof of identity prior to beginning the test.
