Spooktacular! featuring The Jason Bishop Show
Sunday, October 28, 2012 – 2:00 p.m. pre-party / 3:00 p.m. performance
Costumes are welcome at this afternoon full of tricks and treats! Join us for a Halloween pre-party followed by The Jason Bishop Show. As America's Hottest Illusionist, Jason Bishop might have a person passing through his body one moment or make goldfish appear from nowhere the next. Bishop delivers a high energy, highly-interactive performance set to an upbeat blend of rock and pop music. With exclusive large illusions and “close-up” magic captured on live cameras and projected onto large LCD screens, Bishop’s show is designed to entertain, engage and enthrall audiences of all ages. Bishop’s performances have landed him appearances at notable venues including Disney Cruise Lines and Celebrity Cruise Lines in Europe and Alaska, the Magic Castle in Hollywood, California, and in Las Vegas.
Twas the Night Before Christmas

Heartwarming and hilarious, this charming Christmas musical is complete with a jolly Santa, reindeer on the roof, moonlight on the snow, Ma and Pa in their caps, and sugarplums dancing in the dreams of hopeful children. Our careworn poet, Clement Moore is struggling to write a Christmas poem. Clement, uninspired until his eyes and heart are opened by the loving, joyous images all about him in his own home and family, begins writing his immortal poem with these words, “’Twas the Night Before Christmas.” His poem is a delight, not only to his family, but to many generations of families who can’t imagine Christmas without “A Visit from St. Nicholas.”
Clifford the Big Red Dog – Live!

It only takes a little to BE BIG! What better way to celebrate the beloved Big Red Dog’s 50th anniversary in 2012 than seeing the Emmy-nominated show brought to life on stage in this all new musical! Join Clifford and Emily Elizabeth on a journey to Birdwell Island for adventures with their friends Cleo, T-Bone, Charley, Jetta, and Mac. They will share Clifford’s Be Big! ideas, such as Help Others, Work Together, Believe In Yourself, Share and other timeless values with laughter, music and dancing that the whole family will love.
Single tickets for all Family Series events are $12 and are available approximately six weeks prior to the event. Tickets may be ordered online at www.eacc.edu or by calling 870-633-4480 ext. 352 or 362. Season ticket packages are also available. The EACC Fine Arts Center is located at 1700 Newcastle Road in Forrest City right off of I-40, forty-five minutes from Memphis.
