The payment plan is designed to give you flexibility in meeting your financial obligation to East Arkansas Community College. If you elect to make a down or full payment, that payment will be processed by FACTS immediately according to the payment method you have selected. Should your down or full payment fail, FACTS will notify you that your agreement has been terminated. You will be instructed to reenroll through FACTS or make payment arrangements directly with your community college. The FACTS agreement terms and conditions provide more details. To make any changes to your agreement after it is set up by FACTS, contact the East Arkansas Community College Business Office at (870) 633-4480, ext. 346. All changes must be made 10 calendar days prior to the upcoming scheduled payment date. If you choose the Pay in Full IMMEDIATELY option, no changes can be made to this agreement after it has been submitted.
