Application Process
All applicants must submit:
- An application for Medication Assistant program. Applicants who misrepresent/omit information from the application form become ineligible for admission or subject to dismissal after admission has been granted.
- Scores of Asset or Compass testing.
- Proof of current certification as a certified nurse aide.
- Letter from employer indicating one (1) continuous year of full-time experience as a certified nurse aide in a nursing home in Arkansas.
